used to work, read web articles about this but in 1903 it cannot be encrypted

I've been using sparseimage and sparseimages bundles on OSX for over a decade to protect, bundle and encrypt folders of data.

Combining VHDX (Hyper-V virtual disk format, successor to VHD by Connectix) and bitlocker gets us the same results.

cmd as admin
diskmgmt.msc

create fixed 1Gb VHDX
initialize disk
create simple volume ntfs

bitlocker
